Burlington, VTThe Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announced Tuesday that the deadline to begin the MMSEA 111 reporting requirement for secondary payers of health claims is delayed until January 1, 2011. The original implementation date was April 1, 2010.

Barbados, for one, will increase annual captive license fees from $2,500 to $10,000, retroactive to January 1.
